- Gutted the entire interior & exterior of house
- Excavated 22” of soil in the basement & removed slab
- Underpinned entire basement & installed new concrete slab
- Cut the foundation & installed (2) new egress window wells
- Reframed (4) floors to create level subfloors
- Installed custom Harvey windows
- Specialized vinyl siding and exterior PVC window trim package
- Added new electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
- Added fire alarm & sprinkler systems
- Designed (6) high-end bathrooms
- Created open concept kitchens with waterfall islands
- Customized millwork package and all new interior doors
- (4) levels of new white oak stairs & handrails with new common stairwells
- Installed 5” white oak hardwood flooring
- Constructed a three-story deck with associated stair system
