North End – Condo Renovation
SOUTH BOSTON, MA
Full renovation of a penthouse duplex located in the heart of the North End. Renovation, design, material procurement, and sale were all completed by Falcon’s in-house team. (4-month construction timeframe / 6-week sale timeframe)
- Gutted entire interior of the 1,600 SF condo
- Re-designed entire layout to create open first floor layout and added third bedroom
- Raised ceiling height throughout the two upstairs bedrooms creating more space
- Installed high-end custom cabinets with 7-foot waterfall quartz island and Thermador appliances
- Crafted custom closets in the primary bedrooms to maximize storage
- Installed new 5” white oak flooring after leveling both floors
- Three (3) levels with new stair systems including custom white oak railing
- Installed new exterior windows to match previous while keeping with the historic building
- Installed new 4-zone heating and cooling system
- Repaired existing interior brick in entryway
