This renovation project was initiated with a sense of reverence for the historic 12,000 SF home dating back to 1903 with the end goal of modernizing the home while preserving its character. To achieve this, the Falcon team carefully studied the home and found innovative ways to incorporate modern technology and amenities into the design, while maintaining its historical charm. Apart from the interior updates, the project will also involve the reconfiguration of the existing four car garage to create two.
