W Fourth Street – Addition & Renovation
SOUTH BOSTON, MA
Ground up 2-story rear addition connecting to existing single-family structure which was mostly gut renovated to include ultra high-end renovations.
- Falcon worked with Meghan Shadrick Interior to design and procure material for this project.
- Navigated extremely tight worksite throughout construction as there was no driveway and only a 3’ walkway from street
- Addition included subgrade space tying into existing fieldstone foundation wall requiring structural work
- Extensive kitchen renovation including high-end custom cabinetry/built ins designed and fabricated by Lewis & Weldon
- Complete renovation of primary bedroom ensuite bath with floor to ceiling tile, custom double sink vanity and complex 6-head shower system
- Installation of Hardie siding & new Pella windows
- New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC throughout fully gutted portions of home and new addition
