- Reframed house for level subfloors throughout
- Installed major structural elements to create open floor plans
- Excavated & installed new rear foundation & built 2-story rear addition including roof deck on top level
- Added new electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems
- Built out an unfinished basement into a fully finished playroom, storage room & custom locker/cubby room
- Designed (5) high-end bathrooms
- Installed new gas fireplace with custom mantle
- Installed custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, and high-end quartz countertops
- Customized closet build, new interior doors and millwork package throughout
- Built (4) levels of new white oak stairs & custom handrails
- Installed 5” red oak hardwood flooring throughout
