Adams St. – Multi-Family Rental Renovation

This project entailed the complete renovation of (2) large rental units, with a focus on upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, painting, including a brand new two car garage. The finished product was almost unrecognizable, as the dated and tired design was transformed into a fresh and modern living space. Following the renovation, the unit was listed and leased within a day at a 38% increase in rental rate, highlighting the significant impact of the renovation on the unit’s appeal and value.
