Client Project – Gut Renovation of Basement & First Floor:
- Removed 20” of soil in the basement & install underpinning throughout to increase finished head height 12+ inches
- Installed structural beams with associated footings & new concrete slab
- Reframed entire basement & first floor to create level floors throughout
- New electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems
- Constructed finished basement with living room, full bathroom & dedicated laundry room
- Created an open concept first floor containing living room, dining room & kitchen
- Installed new gas fireplace with custom mantle & shelving
- Installed top of the line custom cabinets, appliances & quartz countertops
- Customized millwork package including new interior doors, trim, crown, baseboard, locker shelving & custom bench seating
- Designed (3) high-end bathrooms
- Installed 5” white oak hardwood flooring throughout
- Built new basement-level stairs
